This is a position and role of critical strategic importance for the continuing journey of St Stithians as a College embracing diversity and promoting social cohesion. This journey is important for the future sustainability of St Stithians as a progressive and future-oriented school. \nThe purpose of this role is to add systemic and programmatic leadership, enabling a proactive approach, and will work as a resource with the school-based Directors of Transformation and as a business partner with the College executive.
